Our process

Six steps, and you see the wall before we close it.

The photographs of your open sheathing are the most valuable thing we give you. They are also the reason our final invoices match our quotes.

  1. 01

    On-site measure

Forty-five minutes at your property. We measure, photograph every elevation, check soffit venting and look for the things that turn into change orders later.

  2. 02

    Fixed written price

An itemised scope with a single number, usually within three business days. Repair allowances are stated up front rather than discovered later.

  3. 03

    Materials and samples

Physical samples left on your wall for a few days. Nothing is ordered until you have seen the colour in Alberta light, at your house.

  4. 04

    Strip and inspect

Old cladding comes off, the wall gets photographed, and you see those photos before anything closes it back up.

  5. 05

    Install

New water-resistive barrier, taped penetrations, vented rainscreen, then cladding set to laser lines. One crew, start to finish.

  6. 06

    Walkthrough and warranty

We walk the whole exterior with you, fix anything on the list that day, and leave written warranty documentation and care notes.

Craftsmanship

Judge us at a metre, not from the curb.

Aligned reveals, sealed end grain, concealed fasteners, mitred returns. Nobody notices these until they are wrong.

Reviews

Homeowners and builders, in their own words.

“We got four quotes. Theirs wasn't the cheapest and it was the only one that said what would happen if they found rot. They found rot. The price moved by exactly what they'd written down.”

D. Whitfield · Riverbend, Edmonton

“The cedar entry wall is the thing everyone comments on. The spacing is perfect all the way up — you can see it was set out rather than winged.”

R. Dhillon · Emerald Hills, Sherwood Park

“Eleven days, and the site was swept every single evening. Our neighbour hired them off the back of watching how they worked.”

M. & J. Kalyn · Braeside, St. Albert

“They re-clad our frontage over two weekends so we never closed a single day. Property manager has used them twice since.”

S. Bergeron · Leduc Business Park
