How do I know when my siding needs replacing?

Chalking that comes off on your hand, warped or cupped boards, gaps at butt joints, soft spots around windows, and interior paint bubbling on exterior walls. If you see any two of those, book a measure.

Can you match siding on just one elevation?

Sometimes. Discontinued profiles and faded colours often make a partial match look worse than the original problem. We will show you a physical sample against your existing wall before you commit.

Do you work with builders on new construction?

Yes. Roughly a third of our volume is new-build cladding for Edmonton-area custom builders, scheduled against your framing and window dates.

What happens if it rains mid-project?

We only open as much wall as we can close and weather-seal the same day. Exposed sheathing is never left overnight without a water-resistive barrier in place.

Most siding failures in this region are not siding failures at all — they are water management failures. Replacing cladding is your one opportunity in thirty years to see the wall, correct it, and close it properly.

We work in vinyl, fibre cement, engineered wood, steel and composite panel — and we will tell you honestly when the cheaper material is the right call for your building.

Trim, corners, window surrounds and penetrations are detailed as a system. A perfect field of siding with a badly flashed window is still a leaking wall.

Scaffold rather than ladders on anything above one storey. It is safer, and the finish quality visibly improves when installers have both hands and a stable platform.
